Arman J. Yazdan, DDS, is an experienced oral surgeon at Oral Surgery Specialists of New York in Forest Hills, and Jamaica, New York. He specializes in facial reconstruction of traumatic maxillofacial injuries, dental implant placement, extraction of impacted wisdom teeth, and managing complicated facial infections.
Dr. Yazdan is a lifelong New Yorker and graduated from New York University College of Dentistry in New York City at the top of his class. Afterward, he completed a general practice residency at Kings County Hospital Center in Brooklyn, New York City, where he perfected his dentistry skills.
Dr. Yazdan also completed an internship in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Lincoln Medical Center in South Bronx, followed by a four-year residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery. During his last residency year at Lincoln Medical Center, he served as a chief resident.
He also has extensive training in office-based anesthesia, including intravenous (IV) conscious sedation for all patients, especially those struggling with dental anxiety.
Dr. Patrick Geneau completed his undergraduate and dental studies in biology from the University of Montreal School of Dental Medicine in 2012. Throughout his time in Montreal, he participated in community outreach as well as public health research. Dr. Geneau then completed his general dental residency at NYU Langone. He then went on to residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Lincoln Medical Center, where he served as chief resident during his final year. Throughout residency, Dr. Geneau received extensive training in advanced surgical procedures and anesthesia, conducted multiple research projects, and presented at a regional level. Dr. Geneau is a member of both local and national dental organizations including the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Dental Association. Outside of work, Dr. Geneau enjoys hiking, cycling, and spending time with his family.
Dr. Kambiz Vatandoost received his undergraduate and dental degrees from University of British Columbia. Dr. Vatandoost completed his general practice residency at Vancouver General Hospital. He then went on to complete his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency at Lincoln Medical Center in the Bronx, NY where he served as chief resident in his final year. Dr. Vatandoost has exceptional experience in treating trauma, facial reconstruction, cosmetic surgery, total TMJ reconstruction, and general anesthesia. Outside of surgery, Dr. Vatandoost enjoys being outdoors, exercising, and spending time with his wife and child.
